Store Policy - Returns/Processing/Shipping

All items are made-to-order specifically for you when your order is placed. Due to the  nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we CAN Not accept cancellations, returns, and or exchanges. We do not issue refunds unless the item is defective and we have made the decision not to remake and replace the product. If you have an issue with an order that  you have received, please contact us by email at waymakerdesignsinc@gmail.comby phone at 1 (757) 634-3894 or on our websites chat box and we will do our best to address the issue and correct it ASAP.  We take  great pride in all of our products, our customer service, and our family owned and operated small business.


Order Processing

👉When Can I Expect My Order 👈
Current Processing Time: 10 business days Or Less -plus standard shipping time. **Currently orders are processing and shipping well under that 10 day quoted time.
 

As a small custom made to order shop we do not have the capacity to store all sizes in each color/style option.

Please do note at times extended can take a bit longer as we do order those from our blank wholesale supplier 
as you place your order. 


During holidays please expect delays as the amount of orders are slightly higher than usual, although we will ALWAYS do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible! 

We process all orders in the order in which they are received.

 

If you need an order by a certain date, please reach out to us and ask if we can make it happen for you.

 

A rush processing fee and expedited shipping fees will be charged on top of the normal purchase price of your order.

 

Being a small custom shop taking time to process someone's rush order over any other order just don't sit right with me, so we try our best to avoid rushing an order if possible.

We do not issue refunds, Accept order cancellations for any reason, or exchange items purchased unless an item is defective or flawed and it is determined to be something we can't replace or remake for you on our end.
